Coffee with milk or cream is ok, but the coffee with butter ?! Believe it or not, this is a new trend. Bulletproof Coffee, which is basically just a cup of black coffee with grass-fed butter and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) oil mixed in, was designed by Dave Asprey, owner of Bulletproof Executive.

Irish coffee is a cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sugar.

Recipe Required:
-1 1/2ozs Whiskey(Irish)
-1oz sugar syrup (one part brown sugar and one part water)
-coffee
-cream

Add the whiskey and syrup to an Irish Coffee glass and fill two-thirds of the way with coffee.
Top with one inch of whipped cream.
